
Yoga & Pilates Intensive’s….
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Want to deepen your yoga and/or pilates practice? The best way to do this is to commit yourself to a 5 day MORNING practice. This will give you a level of commitment that you may not be use too. It will also ignite a spark that once lit, you will want it to blaze for a long time.
The benefits of committing to a 5 day practice far out-way just the physical aspects. You build a yearning and discipline for yourself and start to feel the benefits of waking early, starting the day with balancing the nervous system through pranayama, and moving the body through gradual and heat building practices. Not only will your body feel much stronger and more connected then ever before, your mental clarity and intuition will be extremely strong.

Feel the morning Sadhana energy. Sadhana translates to your entire life, Moving your body, breath, voice (chant), life and goals.
A pilates intensive explores the body on a more structural and muscular point of view. The classes will build each day and we will be focusing on a specific area each day. The intensives will give you great insight on how to maintain structural stability and work deeply with body weight strength, along with the use of light weights, balls, rings and resistance bands.
Do yourself and your body a favour and book a pilates intensive in. You will be surprised at how much you can do without having to use a lot of external force.

Yoga and Pilates intensives are offered 3 times a year. You can choose to do both or just one. A discount is offered if completing 2 week intensive’s within the same time frame.
The intensives are outside the normal timetable and need to booked separately.
